I was born in 1967 in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota, the land of sky-blue waters. I earned a Bachelor of Social Work from Minnesota State University-Moorhead in 1992, and a Master of Early Childhood Special Education from the University of Minnesota in 2005. I also received a credential from the U of MN in 2017 to teach Adult Basic Education.

I am a Barbie collector. These dream houses are from early 1960s.
I am also restor-ing my childhood miniature dollhouse.
