Pompeii is a well preserved city from Roman Empire times. It was covered in ashes from the Mt. Vesuvius eruption in 79 AD. The city is an accurate reflection of what life was like during those days. You will see mosaics and frescoes, homes and businesses, streets and temples. Pictures and words cannot adequately describe this natural wonder. You have to see it for yourself!
